Wizz Air is expanding its network at Berlin Brandenburg Airport with a new daily connection to Milan Malpensa. The service between BER and northern Italy is scheduled to begin on 14 December 2026.
Milan Malpensa is the largest international airport serving Milan. According to BER, Milan will initially be Wizz Air’s only Italian destination from the capital region.
When the new BER–Milan flights begin
Wizz Air plans to launch the new route between Berlin Brandenburg Airport and Milan Malpensa on Monday, 14 December 2026.
The airline is expected to operate the connection every day, giving passengers an additional direct option between the Berlin Brandenburg region and Lombardy.
Daily service with Airbus A321neo aircraft
BER stated that the daily service will be operated with an Airbus A321neo configured with 239 seats.
Passengers should check the current flight schedule, departure terminal, baggage conditions and check-in requirements directly with the airline before travelling because operational details can change.
Milan as a business and city-break destination
Milan is an important European centre for business, culture, design and fashion. The new route also provides direct access to Lombardy, one of Italy’s major economic and visitor regions.
Travellers arriving at Milan Malpensa should plan their onward journey separately and check the current rail, bus or transfer options for their final destination.
Planning departure from BER Airport
Passengers should allow sufficient time for check-in, baggage drop, security screening, passport control where required and the walk to the departure gate.
A pre-booked airport transfer to BER can be arranged using the pickup address, departure time, terminal, passenger count and luggage requirements. The flight number should be checked again before departure.
