This Payment and Refund Policy explains the general payment and refund principles for private transfers booked through Airport Transfer Berlin.
Payment requirement
Payment is required to confirm a booking. A transfer request alone does not guarantee vehicle availability, driver assignment or a confirmed fixed price until the booking details and payment conditions have been agreed.
Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods may include online card payment, Stripe-supported payment methods or other methods confirmed individually by the company. The final available payment methods depend on the active payment setup.
Payment confirmation
After successful payment, the customer should receive confirmation of the booking or payment status. If online payment is used, the payment status must be confirmed by the payment provider and the website system.
Refunds
Refunds may depend on the cancellation time, route type, vehicle preparation, driver assignment, special requests and other confirmed booking details. Refund requests should be sent in writing.
Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled or is not completed, the booking may remain unconfirmed. The customer may need to submit the payment again or contact the company for assistance.
Price changes
If the customer changes the route, pickup time, passenger count, luggage details, vehicle class or adds extra stops, the final price may change before confirmation.
Disputes and corrections
If a payment amount appears incorrect, the customer should contact Airport Transfer Berlin with the booking details, payment date and transaction information where available.
