Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions describe the general booking process for private transfers in Berlin and to or from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). The final terms must be checked by the website owner before the service is publicly promoted.
Booking request and confirmation
A transfer request does not automatically create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the route, pickup time, passenger details, vehicle class, fixed price and required payment have been agreed.
Payment requirement
Payment is required to confirm the booking. If payment is not completed or if the payment fails, the transfer may remain unconfirmed until the issue is resolved.
Transfer details
The customer is responsible for providing correct pickup details, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage information and flight number where relevant. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the transfer.
Pickup and waiting time
The pickup point, meeting instructions and waiting time should be confirmed before the transfer. For airport pickups, flight information may be used to plan the pickup time where possible.
Changes to a booking
Changes to pickup time, route, additional stops, passenger count, luggage or vehicle class may require a new price confirmation and are subject to availability.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing. If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point and does not contact the company within a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Prices
Prices are based on the confirmed route and booking details. Additional stops, waiting time, special requests, vehicle changes or route changes may affect the final price.
Service limitations
The company may refuse or cancel a transfer if the provided information is incorrect, the vehicle cannot safely perform the service, the customer violates agreed conditions or external circumstances prevent the transfer.
Final agreement
The final booking confirmation, payment confirmation and any written agreement between the customer and the company take priority over general website information if there is a difference.
